The Residence is one of Fernie's Premier heritage homes restored to it's original elegance and is now operating as a Bed and Breakfast since 1993. We provide you with a comfortable sleep on chiropractic mattresses and you greet the morning with a full wholesome breakfast. Wireless internet is included and accessible from every room. Secured off street parking is provided for your peace of mind. Your accommodation is centrally located and is the only Bed and Breakfast in downtown Fernie. This gives you walking access to many restaurants and stores.

We welcome our guests to Step back into the past and get away from the crowds! Originally a Nurses Residence from 1908 to 1988, it served as accommodation for Fernie's Healthcare and government people.

The Old Nurses Residence Bed and Breakfast is a Tourism British Columbia Approved Accommodation and (COF Lic#: 001924). For the summer each room is individually air conditioned.
